The Legal Innovators model is paving a new path in recruiting for junior attorneys. Our model takes a holistic approach to legal recruiting, evaluating candidates on a variety of factors including three full years of law school performance, multiple rounds of interviews, and writing exercises, as well as additional indicators of success. This allows our recruiting process to identify capable candidates that may have been overlooked during the traditional OCI process.
