Meet Nadia!
Nadia Lee is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, and she joined Legal Innovators in 2021. Nadia was placed in the in-house legal department of The Bechtel Corporation, where she works alongside the corporate legal team on projects and assignments in the engineering and construction industry. In 2023, Nadia was permanently hired by Bechtel as in-house counsel.
We caught up with Nadia to hear more about her experiences during and since law school. Nadia decided to shift her focus from public interest to other career paths later in law school, so she didn’t participate in OCI, and her 3L recruitment and job search was interrupted when Covid-19 caused many firms and companies to institute hiring freezes. When she joined Legal Innovators, she was able to access opportunities she wouldn’t have otherwise, and she has been thriving since starting her placement with Bechtel.
