Law Students

Apply for Fall 2023 Junior Attorney Positions

In the first year, you will be assigned to work with one or more of our law firm (i.e., American Law 200) or corporate legal department users (i.e., Fortune 500) to be a part of a corporate deal or litigation team, and will be expected to perform assignments commensurate with a first year associate at those places.

Upon starting with Legal Innovators, you will go through an intensive “orientation,” organized by us, and designed to get you ready for the rigors of your first-year practicing law. You will also receive ongoing formal and informal training.


Manager of Recruiting and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives

Core to the Legal Innovators mission is to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal industry. We empower our team to do great work by creating an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives, fosters collaboration, and encourages innovative ideas. Our goal is to recruit junior attorneys utilizing a more holistic approach, opening new pathways for junior attorneys with an emphasis on women and minorities.

We are expanding our team to include a Manager of Recruiting and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives to help grow our strategic partnerships with law schools, student organizations, and industry associations.
