How the Model Works

Legal Innovators pays our attorneys’ salaries and benefits and covers the cost of training and development.

Placed attorneys are solely dedicated to that firm or legal department, working under its supervision and control. Firms pay Legal Innovators an annual fee, billed quarterly, for each placed attorney.

Returning mid-level attorneys get a purposeful path into a law firm or corporate legal department, while employers get to meaningfully evaluate their potential hires before making permanent commitments.
