Meet Amanda!
Amanda Farrish is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, and she joined Legal Innovators in 2021. Amanda was placed with the New York City office of Latham & Watkins LLP, where she works in their capital markets practice. In 2022, Amanda was hired by Latham as a junior associate.
We caught up with Amanda to hear more about her career experiences. She shared about the challenges she faced while navigating OCI due to her unusual resume and nontraditional career path prior to her pivot to law school. And she also discusses how Legal Innovators, with our nontraditional recruiting and hiring model, was a great fit for an attorney like her looking for a way into Big Law.
