The Legal Innovators Accelerator

Path to Practice – Join Our Program

Legal Innovators now offers this training model beyond its own attorneys and to law firms whose junior attorneys are looking to get a leg up before they commence employment and to junior attorneys not affiliated with law firms.

The Accelerator program is a structured, practice-based experience designed to help new lawyers develop these competencies earlier — before habits form and while expectations are still being set.

The Accelerator focuses on earlier exposure to real expectations, realistic practice, and structured feedback.

The Challenge

New lawyers arrive ready to think — but not always ready to practice.

New lawyers often arrive with strong legal analysis but underprepared for the realities of law firm practice. As a result, firms absorb the cost through:

  • Slower ramp-up and longer time to contribution
  • Heavier supervision demands on partners and senior associates
  • Uneven early performance across new hires
  • Frustration on all sides as expectations go unmet
Changing the Starting Point

We elevate where new lawyers begin — so they contribute sooner.

New associates leave the Accelerator with a clearer understanding of expectations, earlier practice exercising judgment, greater comfort using feedback, and stronger awareness of client and business context — allowing learning to happen faster once they are embedded in matters.

The Accelerator can enhance or replace a firm's training. The result: faster ramp-up, stronger early performance, and greater return on a firm's training investment.
