Susan Fine is the VP of Professional Development at Legal Innovators, where she oversees training for new attorneys. Susan has spoken on law student professional development topics at NALP Annual Education Conferences, the Professional Development Institute, the Washington D.C. Professional Development Consortium, and the Washington Area Legal Recruitment Administrators Association (WALRAA). She
served two terms as Chair of the NALP Law Student Professional Development Section.

Professional Background

Previously, Susan served as the Associate Dean for Professional Development and Career Strategy at The George Washington University Law School. She also co-founded and co-directed the GW Law Inns of Court and Foundations of Practice professional development programs, which received the E. Smythe Gambrell Professionalism Award from the ABA Standing Committee on Professionalism. Earlier in her career, following a federal clerkship, Susan served as an attorney in the Office of Legal Counsel at the United States Department of Justice. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
