Scott Langley

Director, Performance Coaching

With over 25 years of experience in the legal and professional coaching industries, Scott coaches attorneys at all skill levels in both Big Law firms and in-house corporate legal departments.

Scott spent 7 years as a complex litigation associate at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP, where he handled business and securities litigation matters, including, but not limited to, successfully defending a multi-billion dollar investment partnership in a suit by its subsidiary corporation alleging civil RICO, fraud and complex contractual claims. Scott also handled labor and employment disputes for emerging growth technology companies, retailers, and service firms, where he focused on litigating wage and hour disputes, discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful discharge claims in both state and federal courts. Scott has extensive law and motion, and discovery experience in both State and Federal courts, and has planned and managed all phases of pre-trial and post-trial litigation.

Scott identified the professional and personal development challenges faced by attorneys. Seeing these incredible challenges inspired Scott to pursue a Masters Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and train at the Southern California Counseling Center to refine his Coaching craft. Based on these experiences, Scott has developed a Coaching System for maximizing professional and personal performance for attorneys that has yielded tremendous results.
