Based on these experiences, Scott has developed a Coaching System for maximizing professional and personal performance for attorneys that has yielded tremendous results. Scott leads our coaching efforts at Legal Innovators, both internal and external, and heads our Coaching Team.

Professional Background

Scott also handled labor and employment disputes for emerging growth technology companies, retailers, and service firms, where he focused on litigating wage and hour disputes, discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful discharge claims in both state and federal courts. Scott has extensive law, motion, and discovery experience in both State and Federal courts, and has planned and managed all phases of pre-trial and post-trial litigation.
