Social Media and Administrative Coordinator

The Social Media and Administrative Coordinator, under general supervision, performs a variety of duties for the core Legal Innovators team to ensure efficient operation of the business. We are looking for a master multitasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. Candidates should be adaptable and dynamic, with a can-do attitude, to match our start up energy.

The Social Media and Administrative Coordinator will support the Legal Innovators team through a variety of tasks, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner, including but not limited to the following:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in the creation of and execution of social media strategies including crafting content, monitoring and maintaining social media channels.
Assist in the accounting process, including reconciling expense reports, billing and invoicing.
Conduct research relevant to the Legal Innovators team.
Assist in preparation of monthly trainings and associate mentorship opportunities.
Answers, directs, and places telephone calls.
Preparing correspondence of a confidential nature.
Provide general support to visitors.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Book travel arrangements.
Other special projects assigned by the Legal Innovators team.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on ability to manipulate Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent attention to detail, including ability to proofread materials for grammatical, typographical, or spelling errors.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to identify issues and problems and to recommend and implement solutions.
A self-starter attitude that may exercise considerable judgment and discretion in completing assignments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
