These positions require the following:
- JD from accredited law school
- Bar passage
- Excellent academic credentials
- Excellent legal research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills required
During our hiring process, we adhere to our core values of diversity, equity, and inclusion, as we attempt to make sure our culture is reflective of our society at large. In the first year, you will be assigned to work with one or more of our law firm (i.e., AmericanLaw 200) or corporate legal department users (i.e., Fortune 500) to be a part of a corporate deal or litigation team and will be expected to perform assignments commensurate with a first year associate at those places. Upon starting with Legal Innovators, you will go through an intensive “orientation,” designed to get you ready for the rigors of your first-year practicing law. You will also receive ongoing formal and informal training. Legal Innovators provides a new pathway into Big Law and has seen proven success with client partners.
